How to build a space rocket in Minecraft
Do you want to travel in space to reach new worlds to be discovered? In this case, I recommend that you use the mod Galacticraft, which adds new planets and the possibility of build a working rocket in Minecraft!
All you need to do to use this mod is to install it first Minecraft forge, an add-on that manages mods. Therefore, go to the official website of this tool and press the button Installer, in order to download the file .JAR related to it. When the download is complete, double-click on the file in question, in order to run it with Java. Finally, press the button OK, to complete the procedure.
With that done, head over to the 9minecraft.net website, a portal that contains tons of mods for Minecraft. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press on the item Download From Server related to the versions of Minecraft and Minecraft Forge installed on your PC. In the new screen you see, press the button Download, to perform the withdrawal of the file .JAR. relative alla mod.
In addition to this mod, you also need to install another one which is essential for everything to work properly: via this link, download the mod MicdoodleCoreby pressing the key Download From Server near the same version of Minecraft and Minecraft Forge, so as to download the relative one in this case as well file .JAR.
Once you have the mod files, go to the path C: Users [name] AppDataRoaming.minecraft and open the folder against. Can't find it? Create it yourself manually, following the advice I gave you in this guide of mine. After that, move the two to this folder file .JAR previously downloaded.
At this point, start Minecraft and press the ▲ icon, which you find next to the button Play. Choose, therefore, the voice Forge and then click Play. Well: if you have carefully followed the instructions I have indicated, you will have correctly installed the mod Galacticraft your Minecraft.
Via the mode Creative of Minecraft, you will be able to access the cards of this mod directly from the inventory, so that you can immediately build your rocket. I'll explain in detail how to quickly build a working rocket to start your adventures, although in reality the contents of this mod are more complex and there are many tools available.
First, you need to set up a launch pad using the item Rocket launch platform. You will therefore have to build a platform of the size 3 × 3 and then add a Rocket on the latter. The next step is to refuel the rocket.
To do this, place a Petrol charger next to the platform, to which you will need to connect a Coal Generator (to power it up with electricity): use a Aluminum cable to make the electrical connection between these two devices.
Now, use gods Buckets of Fuel to refuel the Gasoline Generator. If you have followed to the letter what I have illustrated to you, the Rocket it will start refueling to be ready to go. Then interact with the latter and press the key Spazio on the keyboard to start the countdown.
The rocket, therefore, will be launched and, at the end of its journey, a map of the solar system will be available, through which you can select the planets to visit. Since it is necessary to have special equipment to visit the planets, I recommend that you consult the official Wiki, where you can find all the information you need to better understand this mod and explore new worlds in Minecraft.
How to build a firework rocket in Minecraft
If you want build a firework rocket in minecraft, you can perform this operation by following the instructions that I will give you in the next lines. Don't know what a firework rocket is? It is nothing more than a rocket that you launch into the sky to detonate the fireworks.
In addition, the pyrotechnic rockets are also useful in case you are equipped with theElitre: it is a pair of wings that, when equipped, allow you to hover in the air, after having launched from a raised area. Therefore, by using a firework rocket you can give yourself additional thrusts to keep you aloft. I told you in detail about this object in my guide dedicated to the subject.
To manufacture a simple rocket, to be used in combination with the Elitre, you can simply combine, in a workbench, 1 unit of Card and up to 3 units of Gunpowder. As regards the À la Carte, you can easily get it by following the instructions I gave you in this guide of mine. As regards, however, the Gunpowder, you can retrieve it by defeating certain creatures, such as Creepers, Witches or Ghasts. You can also find it inside the chests scattered around the world of Minecraft.
The amount of gunpowder to use in this fabrication varies: the more powder you use, the greater the thrust the rocket will have. You can, therefore, only use 1 units of Gunpowder or increase the quantity up to a maximum of 3 unit.
In case you want to make gods rockets with a pyrotechnic effect, you need one Pyrotechnic Star that contains precisely the effect that will be generated upon exploration. First you need the Gunpowder, which I have already told you about in the previous paragraphs. Next, you need to get hold of the Dye, which you can get from the fusion of plants.
Joining 1 unit of Dye together with 1 units of Gunpowder, you will get 1 unit of Pyrotechnic Star. At this point, in a workbench, add 1 unit of Pyrotechnic Star, 1 unit of Card and up to 3 units of Gunpowder. If you have followed the instructions I have given you to the letter, you will be able to collect from the slot on the side 3 units of Pyrotechnic Rockets.
By using other additional materials while crafting the Pyrotechnic Star, you can change the shape of the explosion, the effect, and apply more colors. In this regard, my advice is to follow the directions you will find on the Minecraft.tools website, which allows you to easily generate any type of rocket, based on the effects you want to apply.
